Taiwanese firm Tron Future Tech has unveiled an artificial intelligence (AI)-assisted guidance system – known as T.Scope – to automate ballistic calculations for unguided anti-armour munitions. Tron Future Tech said on 30 January that T.Scope, which was displayed at Singapore Airshow 2026, is designed to enhance unguided manportable anti-tank systems by integrating a suite of advanced sensors to enable precision-strike capability.
“[T.Scope’s] software-driven architecture, paired with a standard tactical rail interface, allows users to download and update ballistic profiles for a wide variety of weapon systems, offering a unified aiming solution across multiple platforms,” the company said. A Tron Future Tech spokesperson told Janes on 5 February that the system is fully developed and is scheduled for mass production by late 2026. According to the spokesperson, T.Scope integrates multisensor fusion algorithms to provide real-time ballistic corrections for operators of unguided anti-armour munitions.
“You point it towards the target, and through the display, you can see targets, like armoured vehicles, being automatically identified by the system. After that, you can lock onto the target by moving the reticle into frame,” the spokesperson said. “After the target is locked, it will stay automatically locked and the system will [perform a] trajectory calculation. When the calculation is done, you can press fire to hit the target.” The spokesperson described T.Scope as an “evolving” product that the company will continue to develop for deployment in various environments and weather conditions.
T.Scope is customisable based on customer requirements, he said. “T.Scope is low-cost and lightweight, and it utilises a standard tactical rail interface – so one can rapidly integrate with disposable rocket launchers. It also enables users to download and update ballistic profiles for various weapon systems,” the spokesperson said. According to the spokesperson, T.Scope is an AI node within a wider ecosystem. “We designed it with the goal in mind to build an interconnected T.Scope tactical network. Connection with other weapon platforms such as our unmanned aerial vehicles [UAVs] and anti-drone systems is also an option, via tactical datalinks [and] satellite communications. So, a common operational picture is the goal,” the spokesperson added.
At Singapore Airshow, the company also unveiled a multifunctional UAV platform, known as T.Interceptor, to neutralise aerial threats. “Designed for high mission flexibility, the T.Interceptor supports rapid deployment and autonomous formation operations, maintaining full functionality even in GNSS-denied environments. Its modular payload allows for diverse operations, ranging from air-to-air net capture – utilising a multibarrel electro-control module – to air-to-ground reconnaissance and strike capabilities, providing a comprehensive solution for suppressing manoeuvring targets,” Tron Future Tech said in a press release.
